Jim is a singer, guitarist, and songwriter based in Asheville, NC. His music fits into the alt folk world but draws alot of influence from late 60's icons like Neil Young, the Byrds, and the Band.

He arrived in Asheville via Chicago in 2016 and has been working as a performing and recording artist across the WNC area since then. He was a finalist in Asheville's Brownbag Songwriting Competition in 2017 and 2019, and was a showcase artist at AVL Fest in 2024.
